As chief learning architect at Nationwide Insurance, Diane August works across enterprise learning teams to drive consistent, innovative and business-sound learning solutions to Nationwide’s 33,000 associates. August has more than 25 years of consulting, designing and people leadership experience in roles related to talent development in a variety of industries. 

A major focus for August has been building the learning infrastructure and developing a learning culture at Nationwide. This includes learning strategy, learning architecture and learning standards. Last year, Nationwide was recognized for their learning strategy at Chief Learning Officer's LearningElite Awards Gala.
